Master Chef

How many of you are fortunate enough to have a mother that cooks extraordinary meals all the time? I am one of those who are. Often, my father reminds me of how lucky I am and I sometimes simply wave it off, but the other, there was no denying it. Here is what my mother cooked for us.
A frittata with waffles for breakfast...
… and wild rice, gyoza, brocolli and a shish kabob (meat and vegetable covered in a basil sauce).
As you can tell, I eat like a knig. I just want to take this opportunity to thank my mother for all she does and has done for me. Food is part of it all but I have to start somewhere.
