Catching up!

Well, well, well..
It has been a while since I have written here so I'm going to try to catch up to all the events that went on!
To start, I'm also writting this for my friend Jacques, who left with his family to Québec for three weeks. He missed his exam, lucky but only had one, and is going to have do it after he comes back.
So, the day after Jacques left, we were presenting our FTJ play once again. First time, in the after noon, was a pretty big fail, and it was in front of only one person, a camera-man.. He was filming it for... some reason.. But like I said, it was not really good. At one point, me and Jhonny were on stage, waiting for the lights to go on, and they did, after 6 seconds and they weren't even on us. Just a light on centre stage with no one there. YEAH.. But when we presented it that night, it was way better!! We so nailed it. But yeah, that was the end of FTJ, but with that, some of us had made bigger links then we would have thought.
Cédric started asking me about this... Liz Pops. I know her from judo, I used to fight her brother. But she had added Cédric on Facebook after she had seen our play, and Cédric, being too nice, accepted and that's how it started. Now they started texting and next thing you know, he's hanging out with her in Winnipeg.. And inviting her at his grad. I will speak of grad later on.
At our school, we had a ceremony for our principle that was leaving us this year. She cares a lot for this school and you could see it. At some points you saw a tear come up to her eyes, but she forced it down. A strong women.
Exams... Man.. I did pretty well, but it was just a pain. BUT NOW I'M FREE!!! Feels weird but great! I will be very busy this summer so not really free... Junior Nationals, a 2 week judo camp in Ontario, a 1 week judo camp at the Peace Gardens, a 1 v-ball camp at providence!! Not time for a job.. But I plan to study hard Japanese language, read lots and make bracelets and something else but I can't remember...
Now GRAD! The ceremonie was awesome! Cédric's speach was awesome! He made it in form of a poem!! IT WAS CRAZY!! He got 4 prizes and 4 scholarships!!! I really want to do the speech for my grad and I have to beat Ced lol. That's just me. The dancing was fun! I didn't get to stay very long which sucked.. But it was fun. A little awkward with Liz Pops being there but cool. Lots of good memories. I wish Jacques had been there so he could have added to those.
And that's pretty much it. Peaces!!!

Senior Nationals!

What: Canadian Senior Championships (Canada Only)
Where: Edmonton, AB
Who: All the judocas across Canada
When: May 21st - 22nd (Camp was until the 25th)
Why: Cause I'M that good!

Yeah so the day before I had to cut lots and that was a pain.. I didn't do it the most efficient way possible and when we were at the mall, I almost passed out. I bought a few shorts and a shirt at the mall. My sister was so inconsiderate during the whole mall time. Then we went to buy groceries and she did everything to "payback" for that.
When I opened my bag to see pull my guïs out, I found out that my Axe Shower Gel had leaked on most of my guïs... So I started cleaning them but they would never dry in time so I made arrangements with my teammates. Luckily, my first match was in white and the one guï that had not been touched was the white one. And even more luckily, I was only white during that tournament.
The competition. Well it was fun. I went like 10 mins before our team showed up, I had forgotten my belt, so I went back, good thing I did cause our room was open. Warmed up, maybe a little too much. But I was ready for my first match. I asked my coach: When do I fight next if I win, and he tells me B13. Then I ask when do I fight if I lose and he tells me: Let's not worry about that for now (with a smile on his face). So he was right. I won that fight. Hard but I knew I could win. Next fight: Phraser Will, Beijing olympian. Woooww I last almost 2 minutes! Bam! And my thrid fight well... yeah I should have done better against that guy..
After that well France didn't do have as good as she should have but what ever..
The Banquet... everybody was pumped lol so was I. I was probably the most pumped but I didn't show it too much. Justin just kept saying stuff like "Vincent's feet are going to be on fire tonight." Just to encourage me to go. And just after her finished fighting, he lost for bronze, he kept saying "I'm sorry buddy." As if he were my hero and he had let me down... idk Back to the Banquet, the food was pretty good, I had gotten two plates for some weird reason.. I ate one and a half... lol then the cake.. so good but so rich.. I got 2 of them also lol. I only ate one... Then I had to sit and wait a little before I went to go dance. Some québecers were already on the dance floor. Justin kept pushing me but I didn't want to go alone and team toba sucks cause they don't want to look "stupid" so they don't go.. Lorena came to me and asked me if I want to go because she knew the others wouldn't so it was basically me and her all the night. Joseph came in to and my sister. I danced a lot and almost non stop and lots of people kept looking at me and then saying to either my sister or their friend "Wow... Holy your brother can dance" or "Jeez, this guy is crazy!" lol YES! This is where I shine. The night went long, and Arianne and Eve only can later in the night. They danced with us and kept going to the bar and they had gotten idk how many shooters by the end of the night... not even aloud. They tried getting me to take one but I said no, using my sister as a excuse. After that they didn't even care about me. Funny. After the dance, we went back to our rooms. My stomach was hurting so much. And I found out our room was trashed by Micheal Leger, Cole Hunt and Matty Zabraski, they were drunk and came in our room, which was open for some unknown reason, and took stuff, trashed. So I took 1 hour to find my glasses and to put my shit back together. So pissed. Fucking alcohol. My sister didn't even help my find them cause she was too drunk and too busy flirting with a guy on our team, Joseph Hamraev.
Everybody I knew had disapointed me that night. The team cause they were scared of dancing. My sister cause she didn't even help me in my crisis. Justin Casavant because I could tell, even if he doesn't like drinking, he likes watching people who drink. The guys that were drunk on our team that ruined my room, Arianne and Eve cause they fell to alcohol, Joseph cause he's imature.. I was truly alone.

Camp
It was hard, but good. First day, everybody was drunk so it was easy for me. But still hard. We actually did technique which was good. At the last practice, I even pinned a guy that's 73kg in a hold-down and he couldn't get out he had to tap. After that he was so mad he put all his strength in choking me. After the last practice we helped clean the mats and then we, France and I, laid in our bed for 10 mins without moving (that's how dead we were).

I don't know how to judge this whole experience.. it was good for the body, bad for the mind.

C'est don sacoche ça!!

The québecers.... what a subject.

The 10th graders of 2010-2011 had an exchange trip with the company SEVEC! They were combined with a group from québec. I didn't here much from when our guys went there but I had gotten the feeling they weren't too happy...

But when they came here, they were an amazing group. Let's start from the first time I saw them, at FTJ - The Gala (I have a post on that so go check it out if you haven't already). I didn't really talk to any of them, heck I didn't even realise they were from Québec until half way through the night. After the Gala, we headed to pick Chloe... *Already wrote this in the last post* and went to Tim Hortons! I got presented to all the québecers that were there that night. Coutu, one of Zacch's partners talked to me the most. Seemed like a nice guy, small but cool. That night, I got back home with the Morier-Roys, including Émlie's partner, Audrée Boisvert! I kept making jokes with her and I might have scared her off a little at first.

The 2nd time I saw them was at a party at Johnny's house on tuesday. I hadn't got invited but Cédric told me I should go so I did. That night was fun! I made new bonds with the guys and met the girls, once again. A good night. They all wanted me to show up thursday, to a party which Jaz or Jacques would be hosting so this time I got invited.

So I maybe shouldn't have went because of my studies and all that but too late. So the Thursday part was awesome! Started out by me owning a few people a ping-pong with curved paddles... Coutu kept calling me "Maitre Japonais" because I was so into it and I owned him 21-3 lol. ATE LOTS OF CANDY which I shouldn't have... Then we went in the pool when it was windy outside but the pool was warm-ish so it was good. As soon as we walked out of the pool, we would free! I COULD'NT pull off a back flip of the board.. I kept going to far.. I'm too scared.. I did it no prob on the trapoline after with Cedric.. makes me mad.. After that, Jacques, Zacch and I did our dance infront of them! And they asked for us to do it one more time.. lol Then it was off to Jacques place! I talked to Dumas, La grande, who is by the way crazy of Cédric, on the way to Jacques'. Interresting. I complimented her and she took it normally, like she understood I was using sarcastic flatery. Meaning I could bond with them well. Yeah... so at Jacques it was chill, some music and I talked to the parents.

Then next day was the day they left... In the morning they all came to say goodbye and I was telling them I would see them at lunch because I would. Audrée was already crying.. gosh. So classes were a blur until lunch. At lunch, I head to the lunch room but I learn from Alyena that I got called over to Siring's room. I thought I was in trouble but turns out they all called me over! They all wanted me to sign their shirt! And they all wanted pictures except only one of them got one lol. Mme. Siring tried kicking me out of class, I don't know why but it's Siring, but it didn't work cause they all followed me out of class so finally she gave in and let me go back in class. DUMB! They left went Cédric and I had to go back in class. It was sad to see them walk out one by one.... And that's how that ended.

FTJ! FATIJE! MERDE!

Wow! Amazing! Let's start from the begging.
Well, to tell the truth, I wasn't so pumped about FTJ this year. The practices weren't well organized and they kept on cutting lines off of me. I was really getting mad and yeah. The teachers cut our experience of it by not letting us go on Friday or Wednesday so I felt out of it. But I was a little pumped cause I would get to see Maxine Curée. Ok ok no I'm not completely over her. I will in time. But for now, no harm done!
So Thursday, we get there and I first talk to kids from Léo-Rémillard that say their play went well! We didn't see it because it had taken place on Wednesday. I also find out that the first play of the day that we missed was triple shit compared to the 2nd one that I did see which was already very bad... Then we go watch a few more groups which are both comedies, both very good! Then I went 1 hour early to eat lunch and didn't even get to eat it except for like 2 hours after... We had a dance competition/show with the host in front of everyone and I even beat boxed while the host danced to it! SUCH AN AMAZING FEELING! I wanted to see Rhéal-Bérard but our play was next and Alyena Fredette insisted on me staying with the troupe. Oh well. Guess I'll never know what Maxine had as role for her play. Apparently their play was about bulimia.
So we go back stage! I talk to Maxine and help get our stuff out! Everything, during our mini practices, was going crazy! Techniques was sucking. Talking and shouting here and there. Everyone panicking.. We aren't even done going through the end of it and we are told that the doors must open.. SHIT!
Everyone is nervous and you can feel it in the air. I hear the host call us in. I see people through the cracks of the blinds. And off we go... Good start! I'm almost shitting my pants I'm nervous! The host is smells so bad! So I go on stage and I do pretty well. My monologue is captivating and I'm not afraid of the crowd. I was enjoying it! Then we I reappear in my next scene, I'm a little more nervous because I really don't know what to do but when I go to comfort Alyena, in the play, they crowd gets it and they start going ooooo..ooo lol I felt bad cause that's so not me. The funeral goes well. At the begging of the play, there was a humorous mood. Not anymore. No one in the crowd is talking. Unbelievable. Then I change in time and Mathieu, Christianne and I make in on stage! Goes well. Change back and once it's time for the salut, Merve and I go out and our emotions are down, just as we were told to. When we step up, and start to grab hands, I notice that everyone in the crowd is standing up! WE GOT A STANDING OVATION! This never happens at FTJ! Wow! Unbelievable sensation! After the salut, we get backstage and in a huddle, half of us cry, the rest cheer!
To the judges we go! THEY DIDN'T SAY A SINGLE THING WE DID WRONG! Except for our transitions with the black. We have it. I knew then, we had it.

- GALA -
Friday, Ced and I missed the last class of the day to go see the movie Thor! It was pretty good! I liked it and so did Ced. Started out weird and too cheesy but it was good also for it's moral! Then we were supposed to eat but then my dad called saying that my mom's car had broke down. So we didn't eat, I hadn't eaten lunch on that day either, and headed to pick up our stuff! Got our stuff and straight to the CCFM! Crazy. And we get there, everything goes chaos! My clothes aren't in the bag, my dad is yelling at me, because I have to change, I miss the dance that host did. I could hear it happening, I recognized the song that the jabbawockeez used (Final Countdown remix). Sucked but Cédric kept on telling me it was fine. I guess it was.
Our costumes ended up great! Everyone commented on it. When Cédric got called up for GOLD for Meilleur Comédien, Max and I went up and garded the stairs! It was so cool apparently and when the lady came to the stairs, she nodded to use and I nodded back and we walked away! Was awesome!!!
Our school got a lot of prizes. Pré-Secondaire got a few too including Maxime getting silver for Meilleur Comédien! Runs in the family I guess. "Ton frère", our play, got many: Gold for french speaking and respectfull, Mension for "Message", Gold for "Meilleur Text" to which I participated ;-), Cédric got gold, Jean-Marc got 2nd in the same category, Alyena got 2nd for "Comédienne de soutien" (If she is "de soutien" I wasn't even close), Gold for "Prix du Publique" AND GOLD FOR "PRIX DES JUGES"!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE GOT THE TROPHY FOR THE 2ND YEAR IN A ROW! Not that we didn't know... lol Amazing! The 2nd year in a row!!!
After screaming like crazy, I was panicking cause I lost my ride but I got an other one. I was with the Smiths and we headed to go pick up Chloe at her recital of Opera, which I say yesterday and it was amazing! Because of her recital, she couldn't be at the Gala! MAN!!! I had a great conversation with Vaun about music programs and Playstation and all that stuff and Illusion! Anyways.. Émélie and I tried to hide it as well as we could and when she was the trophy we jumped/cried/yelled/squealed and smiled at the same time! She was so happy! lol She was out of it the rest of the night! We walked into Tim Hortons, where all the rest of the group is waiting for us and Chloe smokes the door entrance with the trophy, almost breaking it. Our whole school goes nuts as we enter making lots of nose in Tim Hortons! Good time in there, our tradition! I didn't eat much because I had to keep my weight down for Kenora Open. But I met all the Québec exchange students, plus I talked to Max and Alexis and Millène and the parents and everything! I got a ride back with the Morier-Roys (Rita, Cédric, Émélie and her partner, Audré). Got convos!
Unbelievable memories.. I hope I can join next year.

All must die...

Well I let loose on Black Ops after the tournament, which I will get to in a moment, even though I said I shouldn't play it. I beat the mission on regular, my second time playing the mission. Since I beat it in a total of 6 hours spread in two session only split by two days, I really got the story!
Not saying Black Ops is good for you, but it is sorta educational! Besides all the bad vocabulary (idk how many times they say the "f" word). Pretty cool if you get it. And just on regular, since I don't play missions very often, it was hard. Die a whole lot.

The tournament was awesome but weird. First off, not too much room. Then the scale was like 1 kilo over. But Brittany knew and she sneaked me under 60kg. Then our kata... Wow we were so nervous! France starts off by turning to the crowd instead of the juges to bow.. Wow.. We still won against Danika and Nikka. Yotaro and Tanya were only doing 3 sets! Lots of people congratulated us on our kata. Then, right after U15, they call my cathegory up. Weird, but thank God.
Did very good according to most people. I'll say I did well. Only lost one match, barely did and came back to win and on my last fight, very nice throw which lots of people congratulated me. Even Yota's dad!
Talked to Alisha a little bit more and the twins but I don't like talking too much when I fight so they left soon after.. Didn't get a hug from the twins but I forced Alisha for one!
On the back, we realise that I forgot my guï top at the tournament but we got a hold of Brittany and her dad will bring it to work which forces my dad to go to winnipeg at like 8 o'clock Tuesday. Fack I hate losing, forgetting, looking for stuff! I try soo hard.. I guess I just gotta try harder! - Bone Thugs ;-).

Losing patience..

Well there are many causes for losing patience but in my case, it was because:
- Attitude -
- Fatigue -
- Stress -

First VER pissed me off by saying he wouldn't help me learn, which is his job so I found that ridiculous so I said, to loud, even though I shouldn't have said it, "And they call him a teacher." And of course, he heard me. Aim for the bird and you'll miss, but throw an axe at it just for fun and you'll hit it. Just my luck. So he gave the class a little speech and I went to apologize to him after. This was just after getting a 70% on a physics test...
Then when I got home, my dad... when I was doing my weight training, he tells me to bring my music down because my sister has something delicate to listen to. I just went ape. Hit the bench many times! I have the priority.. why is it always me bending to my sister's ways... frick. It put so much anger in my weight that sometimes I couldn't even feel my arms.. but the music, well what you could hear of it, soothed my anger away, just like Cédric told me it did.
Weird thing is, I had this conversation with Cédric yesterday about controlling my emotions and not showing them and I was the one telling him that... I guess I need reminding too..
Mada mada dane.
